How to maximize our services

Although we are committed to providing a reliable and thorough cleaning, there are variables that can hinder our results. We will do our best regardless however the following basic guidelines will ensure your cleaning results are superior. Keep grass at a shorter length. When grass gets long, waste can fall into and underneath long grass and can be missed. Rake leaves regularly. Waste can easily be disguised and missed underneath and between leaves. Keep yard debris to a minimum, the more debris we have to sort through the easier it is for us to miss some piles. Make arrangements to have nervous or aggressive dogs contained during our visits. We may be forced to miss areas or skip your visit entirely in order to ensure the safety of our officers. Make arrangements with us in regards to lock codes or keys or ensure your gate is able for entry or we will be unable to service your yard. Prices and Terms are subject to change at any time.
